I'm James Faillettaz. I lead a small real estate team and run a few companies that connect different parts of the real estate world—investing, renting, and construction.

With a background in economics and statistics, I’m always looking for ways to make systems work better. That mindset shows up in everything from improving processes to renovating properties or helping people find the right fit.

Outside of work, I run track every spring - part habit, part challenge, and part nostalgia as I try to beat a time I set back in high school.

I’m a loyal Timberwolves fan (for better or worse), and I’m always up for trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities. When I get the chance to travel, I go for the mix of culture, food, and a fresh perspective.
